So far my Moms stay has been pleasant. Her care by Mykos especially has made all the difference! He’s a caring young man with respect for the Elderly.
My mom was here for 2 months and the staff were very caring and supportive. They went above and beyond for her colostomy bags and were efficient with bathing and cleaning my mom right away. The food was good and they treated my mom respectfully. They were accommodating to appointments and chemo. I felt like I didn’t have to worry. Colby, the director was always responsive. The DO was on top of ordering supplies for my mom, the nurses were helpful and genuine, Shannon showed so much compassion and the social worker helped coordinate transportation and medical equipment for home. I hope everyone has as good as an experience as we did with physical therapy, the facility and the staff.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. I’m a Notary living close by, so I am called to come over for the residents quite often. The front desk would print a map and highlight where to go for me. And whoever on the hallway will help me with the short cuts to my parking spot when I leave.
Pine Creek staff took great care of me!! The PT team is AWESOME! I especially, would like to mention Claudia, one of the CNA’s. She was always available and more than willing to help me with anything, and I do mean ANYTHING 😀
